Cookies

The pages set one cookie of their own, cm_consent, which remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics; 6 months. Nothing else is stored until you choose.

Only if you accept, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics, which sets _ga and _ga_<id> to tell visits apart; up to 2 years. Google receives the pages you open, your browser and device type and an approximate location; it never receives what you type into our forms. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

When you sign in, write in the chat or ask the assistant, our server sets these strictly necessary cookies:

• cm_client: keeps you signed in to your cabinet; 7 days, renewed while you use it.
• cm_csrf: protects forms against forged requests; until you close the browser.
• cm_guest: a random id so a guest chat or assistant session continues; 30 days.
• cm_gnonce: protects Google sign-in; 10 minutes, deleted after use.

They are secure, cannot be read by scripts or other sites, and do not track you elsewhere. Because they are strictly necessary, we do not ask for consent; blocking them stops sign-in and chat from working.

Only if you press "Sign in with Google" in the cabinet, Google's sign-in script loads and Google may set its own cookies under its privacy policy.
