Terms of use
The rules for using our website and working with us. Last updated 29 October 2026.
CyprusPermit is operated by Cyprus Permit & Migration Solutions LTD. Address: Tala, Paphos, Cyprus.
1. Who we are
CyprusPermit is a relocation and business setup company. We help people and companies with their move, setup and ongoing needs in Cyprus: we plan the steps, prepare the documents and file the applications. When you agree paid work with us, your contract is with CyprusPermit, and CyprusPermit issues the invoice.
2. What we are not
We are not a law firm, an audit firm, a financial institution or a government body, and we do not give investment advice. General information on this site is not legal, tax, immigration or financial advice for your case. Work that Cyprus law reserves to advocates or auditors is signed by a licensed advocate or ICPAC-registered auditor.
3. How it works
You tell us your situation. We explain the proposed steps, scope, timing and price in writing before paid work begins, then carry out the agreed work and keep you updated until the decision.
4. Scope and price
We agree the scope and price of paid work with you before it begins. Government fees and other external costs may be additional and are identified where applicable.
5. Professional work
Some steps can only be signed by a licensed professional. Work that Cyprus law reserves to advocates or auditors is signed by a licensed advocate or ICPAC-registered auditor. Before work begins we tell you which steps of your case this covers.
If we cannot handle your request ourselves, for example because of its subject, workload or a licence it needs, we may hand the order, or part of it, to a certified partner (a licensed advocate, accountant or other qualified professional) to carry it out. The partner works under a written contract with us and a duty of confidentiality and receives only the data that work needs. Your contract stays with CyprusPermit, and the agreed scope, price and timing do not change. You accept this when you send a request through our forms.
If you have a concern about our work, contact us; see Complaints.
6. Information, tools and the assistant
Guides, calculators, the route finder and the assistant give general information and estimates, not advice for your case. Rules and fees change; figures show their source and the date we checked them. Assistant answers are generated by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important with us in writing before you act.
7. No guaranteed outcome
Decisions are made by authorities, banks, landlords, schools and other third parties. We do not promise that an application will be approved, how long it will take or what you will save.
8. Fees
The first call and initial plan are free. Any paid work is described and priced before it begins. Government fees, translations and other external costs may apply.
9. Cancelling paid work
If you are a consumer and agree paid work with us at a distance, you may cancel within 14 days of the agreement without giving a reason, by email to us. If you ask us to start within those 14 days, you pay for the part already done; once the work is fully done at your request, the right to cancel ends. Before any paid work starts you receive the scope, the total price including VAT, the timing and this information in writing.
10. Your data
We use your details to answer your enquiry and carry out the work you agree with us. Certified partners and contractors who carry out work on your matter for us receive only the data that work needs, under a written contract and confidentiality obligations. Details and your rights are in the Privacy policy.
11. Your account and messages
Keep access to your email safe: we sign you in to your cabinet with a code sent there. Do not enter passwords, bank card numbers, passport or ID numbers, health details or other confidential data in our forms or chat, and do not send original documents in a general enquiry. After your request we continue by email or in person at our office; we will explain how to send documents securely when needed.
12. Using the site
Give us accurate information. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what you enter in our forms and messages; we are not liable for the consequences of information you give us that is wrong, incomplete or out of date. Do not misuse the site: no unlawful or abusive content, automated scraping or bulk requests, attempts to break its security, or use of the assistant for anything other than questions about a move to Cyprus. We may refuse or end our help if these terms are broken.
13. Our liability
We provide the site and our services with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot be limited by law.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Changes do not change work already agreed with you.
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of that country and may also bring a claim there.
