Who fills it in

A company established in the Republic of Cyprus that wants to provide investment services or perform investment activities on a professional basis, and an existing CIF that wants to extend its authorisation. • Submitting without form 87-00-02, form FnP-01-001, the programme of operations or the business plan: the instructions require all of them.
  • Changing or deleting the questions: they must stay unaltered, with answers below each one.
  • Leaving questions blank instead of writing N/A: incomplete applications are returned.
  • Assuming CySEC knows public information: the form says it is not considered known unless you give it.
