Form 87-00-11 is the CySEC personal questionnaire for the members of the board of a Cyprus Investment Firm: the fit and proper assessment of each director. It goes with the CIF application 87-00-01 or with a notification of changes to the board (87-00-03). This page explains what each section asks so the director can gather documents in advance.

  • Leaving out facts because they are public: CySEC does not treat public information as known unless you give it.
