Common mistakes
- Sending Registrar certificates that are not signed and stamped by the Registrar of Companies (DRCIP).
- A shareholders' certificate without the ownership chart when a shareholder is a company or trust.
- Forgetting the yearly documents if the company was registered before 2022.
- A registered office certificate without the deed or rental agreement for the premises.

Where do I download the company checklist?
From the Migration Department's companies of foreign interests (BCS) forms page on gov.cy, listed as 'COMPANY CHECKLIST – ΕΓΓΡΑΦΑ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΩΝ'.
Which companies must send documents every year?
Companies registered at the Register of Foreign Interest Companies before 2022 are asked to submit the audited accounts, the tax certificate and the Social Insurance certificate every year.
Is this the application to register as a company of foreign interests?
No. It only keeps an existing registration up to date. Staff permits under this route use form MBCS4.
