Every Cyprus company: at incorporation, and within 14 days whenever its registered office moves to another address in Cyprus.
What goes with it
- At incorporation: forms HE1 and HE3 and the memorandum and articles of association
- For a change: a declaration by the company secretary that all changes agree with the company's register kept at the registered office
- Fee for a change: €20, plus €20 for acceleration

Common mistakes
- Filing a change after 14 days. The Registrar can charge up to €50 plus €1 a day, to €250.
- Filling in the date of change on the first notification at incorporation.
- Giving an address outside Cyprus. The registered office must be in the Republic.
- Forgetting the secretary's declaration when notifying a change.
- Paying the printed £5. A change costs €20.
