Every new Cyprus company at incorporation. Later changes of officers are filed on HE4.

Common mistakes
- Writing the name in Latin letters differently from the passport.
- Leaving out the registration number when a company acts as secretary.
- Forgetting to mark both positions when one person is director and secretary.
- Listing a business address where the form asks for the officer's own address.
- Using HE3 for later changes. Changes of officers after incorporation go on HE4 within 14 days.
Questions
Who are the first directors and secretary?
The officers the company has when it is registered. HE3 records them; later appointments and resignations go on HE4.
Who signs HE3?
The company secretary or a director.
Is there an extra fee for HE3?
No. HE1, HE2 and HE3 are covered by the €165 incorporation fee (€235 without share capital).
Is there an English version of HE3?
No. The Registrar publishes it in Greek only; names are also given in Latin characters.
