The applicant or their representative for a sale, gift, exchange, mortgage, transfer with mortgage, or restructuring. Where a mortgage is involved, the form says the mortgagee schedules the appointment.

Common mistakes
- Sending the form before the documents are complete. The queue starts only when every required document is in.
- Booking a mortgage case yourself. The form says the mortgagee arranges it.
- Filing one copy. The DLS asks for the form in duplicate.
- Copying the property details wrongly. Use the registration number and block on the title deed.

How do I get a transfer appointment at the Cyprus Land Registry?
Submit this form in duplicate with all documents at the District Lands Office. When the file is checked, the office tells you the date and time by phone or email.
When does my place in the queue start?
On the date the office receives all the required documents, as described for each application on the DLS portal.
Who books the appointment when there is a mortgage?
The mortgagee, usually the bank.
