Land registry personal details form: registering in the Land Information System, field by field

The Department of Lands and Surveys (the Land Registry) keeps its records of people in the Land Information System; this form gives it your personal details. If you are not yet in it, you can ask to be registered with this one-page Greek form. The DLS gives as an example a person who owns no property in Cyprus and wants to apply online for a search certificate.

Common mistakes

  • Sending it without an ID copy of both sides. The DLS lists it as required.
  • Forgetting the postal address and phone number, which the DLS asks you to state.
  • Writing your name differently from your passport, which makes later matching harder.
  • Assuming acceptance means registration. The form says it may still be rejected.
