Who fills it in
Applicants for an Immigration Permit through investment under Regulation 6(2), and their spouses: each signs their own statement. Dependent students aged 18–25 have a separate version on the same page.

Common mistakes
- Only one spouse signs. The required documents list asks for statements by the applicant and the spouse.
- Using this version for a dependent student aged 18–25. The page has a separate 'students – parents' statement.
- A passport number that differs from the passport copy in the file.
- Leaving the date empty.
Questions
Where do I download the statement?
From the Migration Department's 'Immigration Permits for Investors (IP)' forms page on gov.cy. It is a one-page Word file dated 24 March 2021.
Can I work in Cyprus with an investor Immigration Permit?
The statement says you will not take up employment in Cyprus, except as a director of the company you invested in under the investment criteria.
What is the fee?
The statement has no fee of its own. The department's investor page lists €500 on submission of the application, plus €70 for each person who needs an Alien Registration Certificate.
