Property management Paphos: tenants, repairs and the owner's taxes
We find and check tenants for your property in Paphos through a licensed estate agent, handle repairs and bills, and take care of the rental tax where needed.
Property management in Paphos is mostly houses and villas: long-term listings are dominated by three-bedroom homes in Emba-Tala, Peyia, Chloraka and Geroskipou. Between tenants we keep the water account with EOA Pafou, which supplies Paphos, Geroskipou and Peyia among others, and the electricity account with EAC Supply in Paphos or Polis Chrysochous in order, and before a short let is advertised we register it with the Deputy Ministry of Tourism.

Renting in Paphos now
Paphos average rents were €500-550 a month for a one-bedroom and €700-800 for a two-bedroom flat in July 2026, the lowest one-bedroom figure of the four main cities. Long-term listings are dominated by three-bedroom houses and villas in the villages, where INDEX.cy 12-month median asking rents were €2,950-3,500 in Emba-Tala, Peyia, Chloraka and Geroskipou; one-bedroom flats are rarely listed. Leases are usually for one year with a deposit of one to two months' rent.
Figures checked 23 October 2026. Rules change: we confirm them for your case before you act.
