Rents in Larnaca
Larnaca is one of the two cheapest coastal cities to rent in: in July 2026 average rents were €500-600 a month for a one-bedroom and €700-800 for a two-bedroom flat, about half the Limassol level. INDEX.cy's 2026 guide gives higher asking rents of €650-950 for a one-bedroom and €950-1,400 for a two-bedroom, and long-term listings are thin outside the centre, Livadia and Oroklini. Leases are usually for one year with a deposit of one to two months' rent.
