Rents in Limassol

Limassol is the most expensive city in Cyprus to rent in: in July 2026 the president of the Estate Agents Registration Council told CyBC that average rents were €1,000-1,100 a month for a one-bedroom and €1,400-1,500 for a two-bedroom flat, and said no rent rises had been recorded in 2026 because more long-term homes came onto the market. Asking rents on listings are higher; INDEX.cy's 2026 guide gives €900-1,300 for a one-bedroom and €1,300-2,000 for a two-bedroom, with new flats near the marina above that. Leases are usually for one year, with a security deposit of one to two months' rent and one to two months' notice.
